Home-Start Basingstoke and Deane’s charitable funding means we can only accept referrals where there is a child 5 years or under, and the family lives in the Basingstoke and Dean borough.
Does the family being referred have at least one child 5 years or under or expecting a baby?
Does the family being referred live in the Basingstoke and Deane Borough? For example, do they pay council tax or have their bins collected by the borough?
